IT Project Manager / Scrum Master

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong technical development background. You will lead development teams, manage delivery timelines and ensure effective collaboration between business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate IT development teams while ensuring project timelines and business objectives are met.
  • Act as Scrum Master and facilitate Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog together with the Product Owner/Business Analyst.
  • Challenge and clarify business requirements and translate them into actionable technical work.
  • Manage Azure DevOps for user stories, bugs, tasks and releases.
  • Coordinate with development, infrastructure, network and operations teams.
  • Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain high-level project plans and schedules independently.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural standards and IT constraints.
  • Read and understand UML and BPMN diagrams.
  • Monitor technological developments and adapt to evolving environments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Scrum Master.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps and release management.
  • Technical background in software development, with knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ASP.NET MVC, Angular, React and WebAPI.
  • Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, backlog management and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience working with development, infrastructure, network and operations teams.
  • Ability to understand and challenge technical and business requirements.
  • Good knowledge of UML and BPMN.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluent/native-level French and good technical English are mandatory.

  • Location: Brussels
  • Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
  • Languages: French + technical English
