About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Support Account Manager to deliver L1/L2 workplace support across a dynamic enterprise environment. This role focuses on incident resolution, printing services management, LAN/Wi‑Fi proximity interventions, and hardware deployment support. You will act as a key customer-facing representative, ensuring seamless operations, strong compliance, and exceptional service delivery.
The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure environments, understands enterprise IT support workflows, and is confident managing incidents through ServiceNow while maintaining strict adherence to security and governance protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 onsite support for workplace incidents, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and troubleshoot printing services, including device configuration, queue management, and consumables coordination.
- Perform LAN/Wi‑Fi proximity interventions, including basic network diagnostics and user connectivity support.
- Support hardware deployments, device setup, and workstation readiness across the site.
- Maintain accurate asset management records in ServiceNow, ensuring lifecycle compliance.
- Uphold security and operational protocols, including adherence to workplace access, device handling, and data protection standards.
- Participate in governance reviews, reporting incident trends, compliance gaps, and service improvements.
- Collaborate with service desk, network teams, and workplace engineering to ensure seamless end‑to‑end support.
Must‑Have Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in onsite IT support within enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency with ServiceNow for incident, request, and asset management.
- Hands-on experience with LAN/Wi‑Fi troubleshooting and proximity support.
- Solid understanding of printing support in corporate environments.
- Excellent customer service skills, especially in high-pressure or escalated situations.
- Strong awareness of security, compliance, and operational protocols.
Good to Have Skills
- Experience with MDM / Intune / SCCM for device management.
- Knowledge of structured cabling and workplace infrastructure.
- Automation mindset for improving support processes and reducing manual effort.
- Understanding of ITIL Foundation principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Fundamentals.
