Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager (Hybrid – Brussels)

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead strategic infrastructure transformation projects in a large enterprise environment. The role focuses on delivering key initiatives such as CMDB implementation, Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP), IT infrastructure modernization, and NIS2 compliance, while ensuring project governance, stakeholder alignment, and successful change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, including CMDB deployment and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) implementation.
• Define project scope, planning, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and technical stakeholders.
• Manage infrastructure modernization initiatives and oversee procurement specifications.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIS2 requirements.
• Drive change management activities and support business adoption.
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and business cases throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager.
• Strong expertise in Project Management (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
• Hands-on experience implementing CMDB solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
• Experience managing IT Transformation projects.
• Knowledge of ITIL and CISA (or other IT Governance frameworks).
• Strong Change Management experience (ADKAR certification preferred).
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and external vendors.
• Coaching and mentoring experience.
