We are looking for a driven Junior IT Analyst to support IT initiatives end-to-end within an Agile/DevOps environment. In this role, you will help stakeholders structure analyses, translate business needs into clear and testable requirements, and support governance processes across legal, compliance, and architecture domains.
You will join a multidisciplinary feature team delivering pragmatic and high-quality IT solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise platforms, services, and governance standards.
Role Focus
- Functional and technical analysis across applications, integrations, data flows, and change initiatives
- Governance enablement, including preparation of documentation and review processes
- Operational reliability through second-line incident analysis and coordination
- Workflow automation initiatives using N8N and agentic AI technologies
Key Responsibilities
- Structure and refine functional requirements, acceptance criteria, specifications, and user stories
- Map current and future-state processes and information flows
- Identify impacts on systems, interfaces, integrations, and data
- Coordinate governance activities, including architecture, legal, and compliance reviews
- Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, operations, and business stakeholders
- Provide second-line incident support, including root-cause analysis and follow-up actions
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support automation use cases by assessing feasibility, dependencies, risks, and API integration patterns
Required Experience & Skills
Must-Have
- 1–3 years of experience in a functional analysis or IT analyst-focused role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience defining functional requirements and acceptance criteria
- Knowledge of process modeling methodologies such as BPMN
- Basic understanding of integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP), and data flows
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile/DevOps methodologies

Practical experience using:
- Confluence
- Jira
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis mindset
- Interest in workflow automation and AI-driven process integration
- Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of ITIL principles

Basic understanding of:
- Git
- CI/CD concepts
- Data modeling
- Logging and monitoring
- Non-functional requirements
- Experience within financial services or regulated environments
