Role Overview

An experienced Technical Coordinator / Project Manager is required to support the upgrade of an Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform to version 10. The role focuses on coordinating technical activities, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple teams.

This is a hands-on coordination role rather than a heavily administrative project management position. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the IAM platform upgrade to version 10
  • Align technical solutions with architects, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate activities across multiple technical teams
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and project stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with the business project manager
  • Maintain oversight of priorities, timelines, and technical deliverables

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience as a Technical Project Manager, Coordinator, or similar role
  • Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions
  • Experience with One Identity is highly preferred
  • Strong technical background with the ability to engage effectively with engineers and architects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination capabilities
  • Pragmatic, hands-on working style
