Role Overview
The PAM Engineer will be responsible for the deployment, integration, and operational support of the organization's centralized Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution as part of a strategic IAM Transformation Program. The role ensures secure, auditable, and compliant privileged access across hybrid, on-prem, and multi-cloud environments aligned with Zero Trust principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, integrate, and support enterprise PAM solutions across on-prem, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
- Enable secure privileged access for both human and non-human accounts (including service accounts).

Implement and manage core PAM capabilities including:
- Just-in-Time (JIT) access with time-bound and role-based provisioning
- Session recording and real-time monitoring with alerting and forensic tracking
- Credential vaulting and lifecycle management with automated password rotation
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and security teams to onboard critical systems into PAM.
- Ensure secure integration with IAM components such as Active Directory, Entra ID, and IGA platforms.
- Support compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Troubleshoot PAM-related issues and resolve onboarding or access problems.
- Maintain technical documentation, onboarding procedures, and audit controls.
- Contribute to PAM architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 9+ years of experience in Privileged Access Management or cybersecurity engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with PAM solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea (Thycotic), or equivalent tools.

Strong experience in:
- Password vaulting and rotation
- Session recording and monitoring
- Just-in-Time access implementation
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, Zero Trust architecture, and secure credential management.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments with hybrid or multi-cloud infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate business and security requirements into technical configurations.
- Experience with IAM integrations (Active Directory, Entra ID, IGA tools).
Good to Have Skills
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python).
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Experience in security automation and infrastructure integration.
- Knowledge of enterprise IAM transformation programs.
