Overview
We are seeking a Senior Functional Tester / Scrum Master to join a digital transformation team focused on developing and maintaining business-critical applications. You will play a dual role in ensuring software quality and facilitating Agile processes within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing (system, integration, and regression testing) on in-house applications
• Create and maintain test plans, ensuring high-quality software delivery
• Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and monitoring team progress
• Manage and maintain product and sprint backlogs
• Track, report, and follow up on defects and issues
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to resolve operational challenges
• Support end-users with applications and tools used in field operations
• Ensure smooth communication between team members, stakeholders, and project leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience as a Functional Tester
• 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong experience with Oracle and writing queries (10+ years)
• Experience testing large, business-critical applications
• Knowledge of formal testing methods and techniques
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Dutch language proficiency at C2 level (mandatory)

Nice to Have

• Experience with TFS (Team Foundation Server) and Omnitracker
• Knowledge of XML and testing tools
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Spotfire
• Experience supporting business processes
• Knowledge of agricultural sector regulations

Additional Details

• Full-time role (100%)
• Hybrid working model (remote work possible)
• Contract until November 2026
