Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Platform Administrator / Architect to join a dynamic Infrastructure & Operations environment, reporting to the Digital Workplace leadership team.
This role is critical in designing, structuring, securing, and evolving the SharePoint platform within a modern Microsoft ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering scalable and governed content management solutions across the full information lifecycle, including document management, collaboration, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, maintain, and evolve the SharePoint architecture (Online and/or On-Prem), ensuring alignment with Microsoft technologies, particularly the Power Platform
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure a scalable, structured, and well-governed platform
- Establish and enforce architectural governance, ensuring compliance with standards across all solutions and developments
- Validate technical designs and support business teams in translating requirements into aligned architectural solutions
- Develop and maintain standards, best practices, and governance frameworks (site structures, access control, development guidelines, etc.)
- Act as a key stakeholder liaison, ensuring alignment and buy-in across IT teams, business units, and external partners
- Participate in governance bodies to ensure solution quality, sustainability, and compliance
Power Platform Governance
- Define and oversee governance of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)

- Enable business autonomy while preventing shadow IT through structured environments and governance frameworks
Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Proven experience in architectural design and governance within enterprise environments
- Ability to structure complex environments and provide clear technical direction
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience supporting business users in document architecture and automation
