Job Title: IBM BPM / BAW Developer

We are looking for a skilled IBM BPM / BAW Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IBM BPM and IBM BAW development, along with strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript.

The role requires experience in designing and developing workflows and process applications, as well as implementing integrations using REST and SOAP web services with XML and JSON. Candidates should also have working knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation tasks and strong debugging capabilities.

The developer will be responsible for supporting integration design and development using IBM Integration Designer (IID), enhancing UI components using JavaScript, and performing unit testing, defect resolution, and production support activities. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and preparing technical documentation for KT and handover is essential.

Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams will be required to ensure high-quality delivery of business process solutions.
