Job Title: IBM BPM / BAW Developer

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Duration: 6 Months (Start ASAP)
Experience: 2–4 Years

Role Summary:
We are looking for an IBM BPM/BAW Developer to design, develop, and support workflow and process applications. The role involves integration development, UI enhancements, and working within Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop IBM BPM/BAW workflows and process applications
• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with XML/JSON formats
• Support integration development using IBM Integration Designer (IID)
• Develop and enhance UI components using JavaScript
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and production support
• Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with IBM BPM and IBM BAW
• Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services
• Knowledge of XML and JSON data formats
• Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with IBM Integration Designer (IID)
• Familiarity with IBM Cloud environments

Work Environment:

• Onsite role based in Amsterdam
• Agile, collaborative team environment
