Location: The Hague Netherlands

Duration: Until 1 October 2028, with possible extension
Hours: 32–36 hours per week

Role

We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst to improve test coverage and quality across a complex IT environment with numerous business-critical applications.

The main focus is on creating and documenting risk-based regression test scripts for high-risk and critical applications, ensuring that future changes can be tested efficiently and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Analyze applications, business processes, and changes from a quality and risk perspective.
• Identify risks and determine appropriate test coverage.
• Create, document, and maintain regression test scripts.
• Design and execute test scenarios and test cases.
• Record and report test results, defects, and quality risks.
• Work closely with functional administrators, developers, project teams, and users.
• Contribute to improving application quality and test processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Test Analyst in complex IT environments.
• Experience with risk-based testing and regression testing.
• Strong experience creating and maintaining test scripts.
• Knowledge of TMap, ISTQB, or similar testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Government or municipal experience is an advantage.
