About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint NERM Architect to lead the design and implementation of non‑employee identity lifecycle and third‑party risk governance solutions. This role is ideal for a senior IAM professional with deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, NERM, and vendor lifecycle management.
You will architect secure onboarding/offboarding processes for external users, define risk‑based access controls, and integrate NERM with enterprise systems to strengthen third‑party governance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Identity Architecture & Governance
- Design and implement SailPoint NERM architecture for non‑employee identity lifecycle management.
- Define onboarding/offboarding workflows for vendors, partners, contractors, and external workforce.
- Build risk‑based access controls, governance policies, and compliance frameworks for third‑party access.
- Establish periodic review, certification, and risk‑scoring models.
Integration & Technical Delivery
- Integrate NERM with vendor management systems, HR tools, IAM platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Lead API‑based integrations and identity federation for external user ecosystems.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise security, compliance, and risk governance standards.
Advisory & Best Practices
- Provide architectural guidance to IAM teams, security stakeholders, and vendor management groups.
- Define controls aligned with ISO 27001, SOC2, and third‑party risk frameworks.
- Support governance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Strong hands‑on expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ & NERM.
- Deep understanding of third‑party IAM, vendor lifecycle management, and external workforce governance.
- Experience with API integrations, identity federation, and enterprise IAM architecture.
- Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and risk governance.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ISO 27001, SOC2, or similar compliance frameworks.
- Exposure to third‑party risk platforms and governance tooling.
- MOT experience (as per requirement).
Location & Work Model
Amsterdam, Netherlands On‑site / Hybrid depending on project needs.
