UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to design user-friendly interfaces and continuously improve the user experience of applications and websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, focus groups, and usability testing.
• Analyse user needs and translate them into effective UX solutions.
• Design low- and high-fidelity prototypes using a mobile-first approach.
• Maintain and further develop the Design System, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and usability.
• Support analysts and developers in implementing user-centred interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams throughout projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer.
• Strong experience with Figma, Axure, and Conceptboard.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and accessibility principles.
• Experience designing, managing, and maintaining Design Systems.
• Strong user research and usability testing skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bilingual French and Dutch.
• A portfolio is mandatory; applications without a portfolio will be rejected.
