Role: Business Analyst – Analyst (Dutch Speaking)

We are urgently seeking an experienced Business Analyst (6–8 years) with strong Dutch communication skills and deep expertise in business process modeling, API integrations, and enterprise architecture tools. This role is based in Amsterdam and requires someone who can quickly integrate into cross‑functional teams and drive high‑impact analytical and process‑design initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Query, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights.
• Design, test, and implement API integrations between internal and external systems.
• Develop and maintain API documentation and integration specifications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot API calls and data flows to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT, development, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement business process modeling solutions using BPMN.
• Create and deliver BPMN 2.0 training programs for business analysts.
• Develop comprehensive modeling frameworks using Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Establish modeling standards and guidelines for enterprise-wide adoption.
• Support Business Process Design & Implementation initiatives.
• Work with Enterprise Architecture tools and contribute to data management practices.
