Job Title: Solution & Application Architect – DevOps
Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – 2 Days On-site / 3 Days Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Solution & Application Architect – DevOps to support the modernization of complex IT environments combining legacy systems and modern cloud-native architectures. The role involves both architecture design and hands-on DevOps leadership within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain secure, scalable Cloud and hybrid architectures
• Support development teams with technical analysis, integrations, and architectural guidance
• Lead DevOps and development activities using modern Java technologies and microservices
• Implement security-by-design principles and ensure NIS2 compliance
• Conduct architecture reviews and promote best practices in quality, scalability, and maintainability
• Support containerization, orchestration, and Cloud-native solutions
• Collaborate with business, security, infrastructure, and development teams
• Contribute to technical problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in complex IT architecture and DevOps environments
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring, microservices, REST/GraphQL, and event-driven architectures
• Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, data modelling, security, and high-availability architectures
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
