Junior Full-Stack .NET Developer (Hybrid)

Overview

We are looking for a Junior Full-Stack .NET Developer to join a Scrum development team of five members. The mission focuses on developing and enhancing modules within a social services application, supporting process automation, case management, debt recovery, and HR reporting functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain business applications using .NET and Angular technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of an automatic case assignment module based on configurable criteria such as availability, workload, geographic location, and FTE capacity.
  • Develop a debt recovery management solution including:
    • Debt tracking and status management
    • Automated reminders and payment plans
    • Integration with the social services application
    • Document generation and mail merge functionality
    • Workflow management for recovery processes
    • Partner communication through external platforms
    • Reporting and case-level monitoring
  • Develop a request management registry for request creation, tracking, document management, and automated case creation.
  • Develop an absence management reporting tool using workforce and attendance data to support HR monitoring and reporting.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, testing, code reviews, and deployments.
  • Collaborate with developers, business users, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
