Junior Full-Stack .NET Developer (Hybrid)
Overview
We are looking for a Junior Full-Stack .NET Developer to join a Scrum development team of five members. The mission focuses on developing and enhancing modules within a social services application, supporting process automation, case management, debt recovery, and HR reporting functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business applications using .NET and Angular technologies.
- Contribute to the development of an automatic case assignment module based on configurable criteria such as availability, workload, geographic location, and FTE capacity.

Develop a debt recovery management solution including:
- Debt tracking and status management
- Automated reminders and payment plans
- Integration with the social services application
- Document generation and mail merge functionality
- Workflow management for recovery processes
- Partner communication through external platforms
- Reporting and case-level monitoring
- Develop a request management registry for request creation, tracking, document management, and automated case creation.
- Develop an absence management reporting tool using workforce and attendance data to support HR monitoring and reporting.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, testing, code reviews, and deployments.
- Collaborate with developers, business users, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
