IFS Functional Consultant (IFS Cloud / PSO)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IFS Functional Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of IFS Cloud, with a focus on Project Service Operations (PSO) and Service Management. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that enhance field service operations across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional IFS PSO solutions
• System Configuration: Lead workshops and configure IFS Cloud modules, including Service Management, PSO, Projects, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance
• Testing & Validation: Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements
• Training & Support: Develop and deliver end-user training (in Dutch) and provide ongoing system support
• Integration: Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, SDDs, and user manuals
• Client Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations effectively

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years as an IFS Functional Consultant
• Proven experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of IFS Cloud and PSO
• Strong understanding of field service management environments
• Experience configuring IFS modules (Service Management, PSO, Projects, etc.)
• Ability to lead workshops and engage with business stakeholders
• Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

Industry Experience (Preferred)

• Utilities sector (electricity, gas, water) or other field service-driven industries
