We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement robust ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering scalable workflows, integrations, and automation while collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, integrations, notifications, and flow automation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
• Ensure solutions align with business needs and platform best practices
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
• Manage and support deployment processes using Source Control, Update Sets, and CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure smooth transition of solutions from development to production environments
• Contribute to architectural discussions and help shape the overall ServiceNow platform strategy
• Leverage prior experience to recommend innovative solutions and improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the ServiceNow platform

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Strong expertise in designing workflows, flow automation, and notifications
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and integration patterns
• Proficiency in Source Control, Update Sets, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to large-scale ServiceNow implementations
• Experience contributing to platform strategy and architecture
• Knowledge of emerging ServiceNow features and capabilities
