Job description
Role Title: IFS Functional Consultant
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Experience: 6–8 Years
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IFS Functional Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of IFS Cloud and PSO solutions . The role involves working closely with client stakeholders to analyze business requirements, configure systems, support testing, and deliver training for field service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into IFS PSO functional solutions
- Conduct workshops and configure IFS FSM, PSO, and related modules such as Projects, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality
- Develop and deliver end-user training materials and sessions (Dutch)
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements
- Work with technical teams to integrate IFS Cloud with third-party systems
- Maintain functional documentation including BRD, SDD, and user manuals
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as an IFS Functional Consultant
- Experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations of IFS Cloud and PSO
- Strong knowledge of Field Service Management (FSM) processes
- Experience in industries such as utilities (electric, gas, water) or similar field-service driven sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong English communication skills (Dutch preferred for training delivery)
