Business Analyst – AI & Data

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support business and technology initiatives involving AI, data modelling, business processes, and requirements management. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear requirements and supporting quality and testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Work closely with Product Owners, architects, and stakeholders.
• Manage requirements and maintain full traceability.
• Participate in quality management and requirements reviews.
• Translate business requirements into clear test conditions.
• Support business process analysis and data modelling activities.
• Ensure requirements are clearly understood by project and development teams.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
• Strong skills in requirements engineering and management.
• Knowledge of business process management, data concepts, and data modelling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of banking processes and workflows.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
• Experience with AI/Agentic AI is a plus.
• Knowledge of conceptual modelling techniques is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
