Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior One Identity Manager Engineer with approximately 9 years of experience in IAM and One Identity Manager engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, customizing, integrating, and supporting IAM solutions, with hands-on experience across the One Identity product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions using One Identity Manager.
• Customize the One Identity Manager data model according to business and technical requirements.
• Build, configure, and maintain One Identity connectors.
• Work with One Identity exposed APIs and integrations.
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical IAM solutions.
• Provide solution design, implementation, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Ensure IAM solutions follow security and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and technical stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Contribute to IAM architecture, software engineering, and integration activities.
• Support cloud, microservices, containerization, and DevOps-related environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of overall relevant experience, including approximately 9 years of One Identity Manager engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, access control, and identity lifecycle management.
• Deep hands-on experience with One Identity Manager.
• Strong knowledge of the One Identity Manager data model and customization.
• Experience building and maintaining One Identity connectors.
• Experience with One Identity APIs and integrations.
• Programming experience in VB.NET or another relevant programming language.
• Experience with IAM solution design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of IAM architecture and software engineering principles.
• Experience in client engagement, requirements gathering, technical design, implementation, and support.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, microservices, containerization, and DevOps practices.
