Job Title: Digital Skills Trainer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Skills Trainer to deliver training, user support, and application assistance during the rollout of a new address and building management system. The role combines training delivery, helpdesk support, and assisting users with application-related questions and data correction processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver ICT training sessions both onsite and remotely.
• Prepare and maintain training materials and user guides.
• Design blended learning programs (classroom and e-learning).
• Provide first-line user support via phone and online channels.
• Assist users with application usage and best practices.
• Support the resolution of reported issues and application anomalies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve user adoption and training effectiveness.
• Use AI tools where appropriate to enhance training content.

Required Skills:

• Experience delivering ICT training (onsite and remote).
• Experience creating ICT training materials.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience providing user support/helpdesk services.
• Knowledge of operating systems.
• Experience designing blended learning programs.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Fluent French (C2).

Contract Details:

• Location: Namur, Belgium (Hybrid)
• Work Arrangement: Minimum 60% onsite, with additional onsite presence when required.
• Language: French (C2 required).
