Job Description

We are looking for an Application Manager (ANPR Portal) to manage and coordinate the operation of an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) camera network. You will oversee the technical lifecycle of cameras, coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers, monitor system performance, and ensure the reliability and availability of the ANPR infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the inventory and lifecycle of ANPR cameras.
• Provide technical support by diagnosing and resolving camera and network-related issues.
• Coordinate camera onboarding and offboarding with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor camera performance, maintenance activities, and supplier service delivery.
• Track SLA compliance and escalate performance issues when necessary.
• Produce reports on system performance, uptime, and operational metrics.
• Review and validate technical proposals from internal and external partners.
• Support invoice validation by confirming technical deliverables.
• Stay up to date with developments in camera and surveillance technologies.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to maintain a secure and reliable ANPR environment.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT, networking, electronics, or engineering.
• Experience with ANPR systems and CCTV.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, PoE, and VPN networking.
• Experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems.
• Understanding of GDPR regulations related to camera and surveillance systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with camera hardware, firmware, and server configuration.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity for surveillance systems.
• Experience with reporting and knowledge management tools.

Languages

• Passive knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.

• Hybrid position based in Brussels, Belgium.
