Senior Agile Coach

Location: Brussels, Belgium – Hybrid
Duration: Multi-year assignment, subject to client approval
Level: Senior / Expert

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support organisational change and build engagement around the future IT and data organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support organisational change and Agile transformation initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders and increase readiness and adoption of new ways of working.
• Develop change strategies, communication plans and transformation plans.
• Facilitate workshops and coach management, project teams and stakeholders.
• Support the adoption of new processes, roles and collaboration models.
• Identify resistance and implement actions to increase engagement.
• Help ensure sustainable adoption of organisational changes.

Key Requirements

• Strong expertise in Agile Transformation and Organisational Change Management.
• Experience in Change Strategy, Culture Change and Leadership Coaching.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting organisation-wide transformations beyond software implementation.
• Native/bilingual Dutch and professional working proficiency in English.
