We are looking for an experienced CSRD Specialist to support the implementation and ongoing management of Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requirements within a large public-sector and infrastructure environment.
This role focuses on enabling ESG transparency, ensuring compliance with EU sustainability regulations, and further developing reporting capabilities using Microsoft Sustainability solutions.
You will support the continuation and enhancement of an existing CSRD reporting framework and contribute to the operationalization of sustainability data processes.
Role Focus
- Support implementation and optimization of CSRD reporting processes
- Work with Microsoft Sustainability Manager and related Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability tools
- Contribute to ESG data modeling, processing, and reporting workflows
- Ensure alignment with CSRD regulatory requirements and ESG frameworks
- Support development and maintenance of sustainability data pipelines
- Collaborate with business, IT, and data teams on sustainability initiatives
- Improve and maintain ESG data quality, consistency, and traceability
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance CSRD reporting systems and processes
- Configure and support Microsoft Sustainability Manager solutions
- Design and optimize ESG data flows (ingestion, transformation, reporting)
- Contribute to platform development using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric
- Support product lifecycle management of sustainability reporting solutions
- Work with stakeholders to translate ESG requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with ESG frameworks and regulatory standards
- Support continuous improvement of sustainability reporting capabilities
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and delivery tracking
Required Experience & Skills
Must-Have
- 8+ years of experience in business operations applied to ICT environments
- Experience in business process management (BPM) and process optimization
- Experience with platform development and data-driven systems

Experience with Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability components:
- Microsoft Sustainability Manager
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Microsoft Fabric
- Experience managing product development lifecycles (3+ years)
- Experience implementing Sustainability Manager solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Project (2+ years)
- Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks and implementation practices
- Experience designing and managing data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project management methodologies (cost, timing, planning, coordination)
- Understanding of enterprise reporting systems and data governance
- Experience in sustainability reporting environments or regulated reporting frameworks
Language Requirements
- English is sufficient (project language is English)

You are a structured and analytical professional who can bridge sustainability requirements with data and technology solutions. You are comfortable working with Microsoft enterprise platforms and understand how to translate ESG and CSRD requirements into scalable, auditable reporting systems.
