Senior Test Coordinator WAN (Working on Networks) Program

Overview

Fluvius is looking for a Senior Test Coordinator to support the WAN (Werken Aan Netten) transformation program, a strategic initiative focused on the digitalization and simplification of customer and network-related processes across the organization.

As the E2E Test Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end testing activities across multiple product teams and releases. You will ensure that quality objectives are achieved through effective planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication, while maintaining alignment with Fluvius' overall testing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an end-to-end testing strategy aligned with the Fluvius testing framework
• Create and monitor E2E test plans, scope definitions, milestones, and exit criteria across multiple teams
• Coordinate testing activities between product and delivery teams without assuming team management responsibilities
• Support teams in preparing and refining end-to-end test scenarios
• Monitor end-to-end integrations against functional and non-functional requirements
• Identify and manage quality risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and testing challenges at program level
• Provide regular reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, and risks to stakeholders and program management
• Act as the primary point of contact for end-to-end quality assurance within assigned projects
• Contribute to the Fluvius Testing Guild and help improve testing practices across the organization

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Test Coordinator
• 5+ years of experience in dedicated Test Coordinator roles (not combined with other functions)
• 3+ years of experience coordinating activities across multiple product or delivery teams at program level
• Experience managing testing activities involving at least four teams simultaneously
• Experience creating and maintaining cross-team test planning
• Strong knowledge of formal testing methodologies and quality assurance practices
• Experience reporting to management and business stakeholders
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Dutch (C2 level required)

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience in the energy or utilities sector
• Experience with release management processes
• Experience with SAP environments and integrations
• Experience developing test strategies and coordinating end-to-end testing programs

Environment

• Full-time assignment
• Hybrid working model
• Minimum of 2 days per week on-site in Melle or Mechelen
• Collaboration with multiple product teams across a large transformation program
• Initial contract until July 2027 with potential extension
