Senior ServiceNow Expert 

Overview
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Expert to lead the design, development, configuration, and continuous improvement of a ServiceNow platform within a complex enterprise environment. The role focuses on delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions, optimizing ITSM processes, and ensuring alignment with business and ITIL best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions and platform enhancements
  • Customize and maintain ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB, and HRSD
  • Analyze business and stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts, and automation processes
  • Implement and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, and SSO
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, maintenance, and continuous optimization
  • Contribute to ServiceNow governance and ITIL process improvements
  • Provide technical guidance, user support, and knowledge transfer to internal teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development and administration
  • Experience with ITSM, CMDB, and HRSD modules
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Glide API, Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Reporting
  • Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, and SSO
  • Good understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes and best practices
  • Experience in enterprise ServiceNow implementations and platform governance

Certifications

  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred
  • ServiceNow System Administrator and/or Application Developer certification is an asset
