We're looking for a seasoned Cybersecurity Compliance Developer to lead initiatives aligned with the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of security, regulation, and product development within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

What You'll Do

• Drive and execute the roadmap for EU CRA compliance across products
• Lead cybersecurity risk assessments throughout the development lifecycle
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, product, and audit teams
• Guide stakeholders on compliance requirements, controls, and audit readiness

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years in IT Audit, Compliance, or Security Assurance
• Strong expertise in EU CRA and frameworks like ISO 27001, NIS2
• Experience in product security governance and regulatory compliance
• Solid understanding of Secure Development Lifecycles (SDL) & vulnerability management
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and enterprise initiatives
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer
