Job brief

We are hiring an OKTA L3 SME in the Czech Republic to support an enterprise OKTA platform at L3 level. You will focus on complex incident resolution, OKTA platform administration, and mentoring L2 engineers within a 24x7 global IDAM support model.

Responsibilities

      • Serve as L3 escalation for complex OKTA incidents and service requests.
      • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced MFA, SSO, and authentication issues.
      • Administer OKTA policies, groups, and application configurations.
      • Manage P1/P2 incidents, contributing to root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
      • Support OKTA agent deployments, upgrades, maintenance, and patching.
      • Represent IDAM on major incident (MIM) calls for P1 and P2 incidents.
      • Handle daily incidents, service requests, and release management for new OKTA agents.
      • Manage IP whitelisting and CMDB records for OKTA services.
      • Administer OKTA mastered lists, approver lists, admin access, and service accounts, including attestations.
      • Provide hypercare for new implementations and upgrades.
      • Support audit, compliance, and access review activities; maintain SOPs and documentation.
      • Mentor and coach L2 OKTA administrators.
