Overview

We are looking for an Expert Salesforce Developer to support large-scale projects and fundamental enhancements to a Service Cloud-based platform used as a central contact solution.

You will play a key role in evolving a case-centric Salesforce Service Cloud environment, integrating with multiple systems and supporting high-volume customer interactions across channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
  • Deliver high-quality coding, testing, and debugging of Salesforce applications
  • Support and implement major system changes and enhancements
  • Work on integration projects between Salesforce and third-party services
  • Contribute to telephony integration (e.g., migration to Service Cloud Voice)
  • Collaborate closely with the product owner and stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth operation of a case-driven customer service platform
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues in a complex integrated environment
  • Proactively suggest improvements and stay up to date with new Salesforce capabilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud development and configuration
  • Minimum 8+ years of overall development experience
  • Strong expertise in coding, testing, and debugging
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST APIs, third-party systems)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce APEX
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level required)

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading development teams or coaching developers
  • Experience with telephony integrations (e.g., OpenCTI, Service Cloud Voice)
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Familiarity with contact center solutions and case management systems

Additional Details

  • Full-time role (100%)
  • Hybrid working model
  • Contract until June 2027
  • Involvement in key milestones, including telephony migration by 2026
