Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to support and coordinate NIS2-related initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. The role involves managing cross-functional projects related to security, risk, and compliance while ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and organizational governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage NIS2-related projects and initiatives across IT, security, and business teams.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Plan, organize, and track project activities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Structure complex compliance requirements into manageable workstreams.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Prepare governance documentation, reporting, and audit-related materials.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, program coordination, or similar roles.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as NIS2, ISO 27001, or NIST .
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and collaboration capabilities .
• Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with governance processes, reporting, and audits is an advantage.
• Ability to work in regulated environments and deliver results in high-impact programs.
