Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning, integrations, and Agile delivery, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Lightning Platform
• Configure and manage flows, approval processes, and standard Salesforce features
• Implement CI/CD processes and manage environment setup
• Ensure security, quality assurance, and best practices compliance
• Develop and maintain integrations using standard integration patterns
• Collaborate within Agile (Scrum) teams for timely delivery
• Troubleshoot issues and provide scalable solutions

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform
• Expertise in Flows and Approval Processes
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools
• Solid understanding of environment management
• Knowledge of Salesforce security and QA practices
• Experience with integration patterns and APIs
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership

Good to Have:

• Apex development and tooling knowledge
• Salesforce Shield
• AutoRABIT
• Salesforce DX and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure
