About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist / One Identity Manager Engineer to join our team in Amsterdam. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IAM solutions using the One Identity product suite while ensuring security, scalability, and compliance with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions using One Identity products aligned with business and security requirements
• Customize and manage the One Identity data model
• Develop and maintain connectors and integrations with enterprise systems
• Work with One Identity APIs to extend platform capabilities
• Participate in end-to-end IAM lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, and support)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define access control policies and governance models
• Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and access control mechanisms
• Support and optimize IAM solutions in cloud and hybrid environments
• Apply DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Minimum 9 years of hands-on experience with One Identity Manager
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts: authentication, authorization, access control
• Expertise in One Identity product suite, including:
  • Manager
  • Safeguard
  • Active Roles
  • Defender
  • Starling 2FA
• Experience in data model customization and connector development
• Proficiency in VB .NET or at least one programming language
• Experience with One Identity APIs
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, microservices, containerization, and DevOps
• Proven experience in client interaction, solution design, and implementation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in enterprise-scale IAM environments
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
