Hiring: Zero Trust Security Architect / Technical Delivery Lead
Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Zero Trust Security Architect / Technical Delivery Lead to join a global security transformation program in Eindhoven, Netherlands. This is a senior technical leadership role focused on architecting and delivering enterprise-scale Zero Trust security initiatives and complex migration programs.

The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in Zscaler and Cisco Security technologies with strong project delivery capabilities across both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and govern enterprise-wide Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) strategies
Lead migrations from legacy security environments to modern cloud-native Zero Trust platforms
Architect and implement Zscaler solutions including ZIA, ZPA, and Identity integrations
Drive technical workstreams across Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery models
Oversee complex migrations from Cisco Proxy, VPN, and firewall environments to Zero Trust architectures
Lead Security-as-Code initiatives using Python, APIs, Terraform, and Ansible
Conduct high-level Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical validations
Collaborate with Network, Cloud, and Security teams to ensure seamless project execution
Provide technical governance, engineering standards, and migration best practices
Support project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication

Required Skills & Experience:
6–8 years of experience in Cyber Security, Network Security, or Zero Trust Architecture
Strong hands-on expertise with Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and Identity solutions
Deep knowledge of Cisco Security technologies including Firepower, ISE, and WSA
Proven experience delivering large-scale security transformation and migration projects
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Expertise in Python scripting, REST APIs, Terraform, and Ansible
Advanced networking knowledge including BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, and packet-level troubleshooting
Experience managing technical delivery from design through production cutover

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Security Automation and CI/CD pipelines
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
Experience driving enterprise-wide Zero Trust adoption strategies
Certifications related to Zscaler, Cisco Security, or Cloud Security are advantageous
