Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Windows Server Administrator to manage and support enterprise Windows infrastructure, Active Directory services, VMware environments, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience working within ITIL-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2008/2012 and later).
  • Manage Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and AD Replication.
  • Perform server patching, upgrades, security maintenance, and health monitoring.
  • Support and manage VMware vSphere environments, including:
    • vMotion
    • DRS
    • HA
    • Cloning
    • Templates
    • Snapshots
  • Configure and support Windows Clustering and high-availability solutions.
  • Support cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Handle incident, problem, and change management activities following ITIL processes.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure reliable service delivery.

Required Skills

Must-Have

  • 6–8 years of Windows Server Administration experience.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Windows Server 2008/2012
    • Active Directory
    • DNS
    • DHCP
    • Group Policy
    • AD Replication
  • Experience with VMware vSphere (5.x and 6.x).
  • Knowledge of Windows Clustering and high-availability environments.
  • Experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and service management.

Preferred

  • PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Experience with enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Knowledge of security patching and compliance standards.
