Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Retail Architect to lead end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale retail transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Retail ecosystems and a strong background in designing scalable, clean-core, and future-ready architectures aligned with business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive end-to-end solution architecture for SAP Retail implementations
• Design architecture blueprints, E2E process flows, interface catalogues, and data models
• Lead SAP S/4HANA Retail and SAP CAR transformation initiatives
• Ensure seamless integration across merchandising, supply chain, pricing, promotions, inventory, and store operations
• Architect omnichannel and POS integration solutions
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align IT strategy with retail processes
• Ensure adherence to clean-core principles and future scalability

Key Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Retail
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP CAR (POSDTA, OAA, OPP, DDF)
• Experience with SAP Forecasting & Replenishment (FR)
• Expertise in SAP BTP, CPI, Event Mesh
• Knowledge of POS integration frameworks
• Experience with eCommerce and omnichannel architectures
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Solid grasp of integration architecture and security

Required Experience

• 12–20 years of experience in SAP Retail implementations
• Proven track record in large SAP S/4HANA Retail or SAP CAR transformation programs
• Deep knowledge of retail processes:
  • Merchandising
  • Article Master
  • Promotions
  • Inventory Management
  • Replenishment
  • Store Operations
