Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to serve as a core delivery resource within a high‑performance pod. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on configuration capabilities, solid AI feature delivery experience, and the ability to execute build tasks under the guidance of architects and senior technical consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute build and configuration tasks aligned with architectural direction.
• Deliver AI-driven features using Now Assist and Agentic AI flow design.
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Set up and model CMDB foundations, including population and data structuring.
• Design workflows and integrations using Flow Designer.
• Perform test execution, defect triage, and resolution.
• Produce clear written updates, progress reports, and risk flags for project leadership.
• Work independently following PACE playbooks and delivery standards.

Technical Skills & Expertise

• Platform configuration & customization (JS, GlideScript)
• CMDB foundation setup, population, and data modeling
• Flow Designer for custom workflows & integrations
• Now Assist skills and Agentic AI flow design
• Business rule design & process analysis
• Test execution, defect triage & resolution

Behavioural Competencies

• Independent execution aligned to PACE delivery playbooks
• Clear and structured written communication
• Proactive risk identification and escalation
• Strong collaboration within cross-functional delivery pods

Certifications (Preferred / In Progress)

• CSA – Certified System Administrator
• CIS x2 – Certified Implementation Specialist
• CAD – Certified Application Developer (in progress)

Experience

• 6–8 years of ServiceNow delivery experience
• Proven capability in platform configuration and workflow design
• Experience supporting architects and senior technical consultants in enterprise delivery environments
