Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Ansible Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain infrastructure and application automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Ansible, Red Hat environments, Terraform, Git-based workflows, and automation orchestration tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, inventories, and automation frameworks.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management across Red Hat environments.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
• Manage Git-based repositories and workflows using GitLab or GitHub.
• Integrate automation solutions with CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with orchestration tools such as Ansible Tower/AWX, Rundeck, and Jenkins.
• Develop and maintain YAML configurations and Jinja2 templates.
• Create and enhance Python scripts to support automation requirements.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Platform, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.
• Ensure automation solutions comply with security, governance, and operational standards.

Required Skills

Must-Have

• 6–8 years of IT Infrastructure, DevOps, or Automation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
