Overview

A senior coordination role focused on implementing data-driven asset management across large-scale infrastructure environments. The position supports multidisciplinary teams in transitioning toward more efficient, data-informed maintenance and operational practices.

Role Purpose

Lead and coordinate a flying squad — a temporary, multidisciplinary team deployed to support regional asset teams in executing a structured 4-phase implementation plan for data-driven asset management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planning and deployment of flying squad activities across multiple locations
  • Develop action plans and organize collaboration between stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication between operational teams and program-level leadership
  • Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive solutions
  • Contribute expertise in asset management and maintenance engineering
  • Support the definition of data and information requirements for data-driven decision-making
  • Promote adoption of data-driven practices and ensure knowledge sharing across teams

Key Requirements

  • Higher education degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance environments
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior project/program or management roles
  • At least 5 years of experience in asset management and/or maintenance engineering
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of data-driven approaches in asset management

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with contractor organizations
  • Familiarity with infrastructure assets such as bridges, tunnels, locks, or pumping systems
  • Experience in complex change or transformation programs
  • Experience in public-private collaborations
