Overview
We are looking for a Senior Security Architect to lead and support the design of secure, scalable ICT architectures within a complex, enterprise-level environment. You will play a key role in aligning security strategies with business objectives, ensuring robust protection while enabling efficient digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-level security architectures
• Provide strategic guidance on security best practices and risk management
• Translate business needs into secure, cost-effective solutions
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, stakeholders, and project teams
• Ensure compliance with security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO27001)
• Contribute to architectural decision-making and long-term ICT strategy
• Support risk assessments and mitigation planning

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Security Architect
• At least 7 years' experience in IT security (Senior level)
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect specializing in security
• Strong architectural and conceptual design skills
• Certifications: CISM and ITIL (mandatory)
• Experience with ISO27001 (minimum 3 years)
• Strong understanding of business solutioning and risk-based security approaches
• Dutch language proficiency at C2 level (mandatory)

Nice to Have

• Experience within government or public sector environments
• Strong background in risk management
• Proficiency with MS Office tools

Additional Details

• Full-time role (100%)
• Hybrid working model (remote work possible)
• Contract until July 2027
