About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Infor M3 Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Manufacturing and Logistics modules to join a critical transformation project. You will play a key role in delivering and optimizing Infor M3 Cloud solutions, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and implementation of Infor M3 Manufacturing & Logistics modules
• Provide expertise across:
  • Manufacturing, MRP, Maintenance, Quality
  • Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Centers, Routing
  • Warehousing, Inventory Control, Transportation & Shipping
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Assess current system landscape and define solution improvements
• Conduct functional testing across DEV, TST, and PRD environments
• Drive and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders
• Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, reports, and enhancements
• Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions
• Provide weekly progress updates to Project and Delivery Managers
• Lead meetings, manage tasks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Infor M3 Functional Consulting
• Proven track record in 2–3 full-cycle Infor M3 Manufacturing implementations
• Strong expertise in Manufacturing and Logistics modules
• Solid understanding of supply chain and production processes
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, English)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Infor M3 Cloud environment
• Knowledge of data migration from on-premise to cloud platforms
• Exposure to large-scale ERP transformation programs

Project & Delivery Skills

• Effort estimation and planning
• Task scheduling and prioritization
• Weekly status reporting
• Stakeholder communication and meeting facilitation
