Senior Microsoft Identity Engineer (MIM / Entra ID Governance)

Context

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Identity Engineer to support our Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) environment and later contribute to the migration toward Microsoft Entra ID Governance. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft-based Identity & Access Management.

Microsoft Identity Expert / Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve workflows and governance processes in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
• Design and implement user and group lifecycle rules for Active Directory and related systems
• Develop and maintain identity logic, rules, and integrations
• Ensure IDM solutions align with business and IT strategy requirements
• Document implementations using Microsoft Office / collaboration tools
• Support and mentor team members on the platform
• Act as a bridge between product, development, and operational teams
• Integrate development, testing, and operational aspects in delivery
• Share knowledge through documentation and knowledge transfer sessions

Required Skills & Experience

• Expert-level experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) (operational + integration)
• Strong experience in .NET development
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
• Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) environments
• Microsoft Identity certifications required (must be specified in CV)

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Visio and Office tools
• Microsoft Entra ID
• Azure services: App Service, API Management, Application Gateway, Azure Monitor
• Experience migrating on-prem Identity solutions to Azure
