Job Description

We are looking for a Medior Electro-Mechanical Technician to perform maintenance and operational activities on industrial installations while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, support maintenance projects, and contribute to the reliable operation of critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and plan preventive and corrective maintenance on electro-mechanical installations.
• Prepare maintenance activities, including spare parts management and work coordination.
• Create and update technical documentation such as P&IDs, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults.
• Carry out operational inspections, testing, and utility management activities.
• Participate in installation, commissioning, and improvement projects.
• Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and technical documentation.
• Supervise and provide technical guidance to internal and external technicians.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
• Participate in risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Experience in electro-mechanical maintenance within an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of low- and high-voltage electrical systems.
• Experience with ePlan and interpreting electrical schematics.
• Understanding of industrial networks.
• Knowledge of AREI electrical regulations.
• Experience performing electrical network measurements.
• BA5 electrical safety certification.

Languages

• Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency.

Work Arrangement

• Onsite position based in Dessel, Belgium. No remote work available.
