Senior Security Architect

Location: Brussels, Belgium – Hybrid
Duration: Multi-year assignment, subject to client approval
Level: Senior / Expert

We are looking for an experienced Security Architect to integrate information security and cybersecurity into the future Target Operating Model, governance structure and target architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse the current security organisation, risks, processes and governance.
• Develop a future-proof Security Operating Model.
• Define security principles and support risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Advise on IAM, security governance and architecture standards.
• Develop recommendations to embed cybersecurity into organisational processes, services and decision-making.
• Contribute to security roadmaps and long-term transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Strong expertise in Security Architecture and Cybersecurity Operating Models.
• Experience with IAM, ISO 27001, NIST, SABSA and security controls frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Risk Management and Security Governance.
• Experience integrating cybersecurity into organisation-wide transformations.
• Native/bilingual Dutch and professional working proficiency in English.
