Business Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a Business Intelligence and Operations team responsible for applications that support operational and administrative processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, optimize processes, and translate requirements into functional solutions that improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Model and optimize business processes using BPMN and UML.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Support business process improvement and re-engineering initiatives.
• Prepare functional documentation and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Participate in testing, validation, and implementation of new features and process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN and UML.
• Experience with Business Process Management and Business Process Re-engineering.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of Lean principles is an advantage.
• Active knowledge of French is required; passive knowledge of Dutch is expected. English is a plus.
