Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager (Infrastructure & Security)

Location: Couillet, Belgium (Hybrid/Remote Option)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple infrastructure and cybersecurity projects. The role involves managing a portfolio of security-focused initiatives, including NIS2 compliance, cybersecurity enhancements, and SOC implementation, within a complex multi-stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects from scoping to deployment
• Lead a portfolio of cybersecurity and infrastructure projects
• Coordinate internal teams, external providers, and stakeholders
• Monitor project scope, timelines, budget, and risks
• Ensure quality and governance compliance of all deliverables
• Prepare and present reports for steering committees
• Manage project dependencies and ensure alignment across initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management
• Strong expertise in project methodologies (PMI or equivalent)
• Proven experience in multi-project and portfolio management
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills
• Strong experience in project documentation and governance

Technical Knowledge:

• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity environments
• Experience with security-related projects (e.g., NIS2, SOC) is highly desirable
