  • Utilized ServiceNow Vulnerability Response as the central platform to manage vulnerabilities, remediation tasks, and exception processes.
  • Integrated and analyzed vulnerability data from external scanners (e.g., Rapid7) to improve detection accuracy and reduce noise.
  • Provided management visibility through dashboards, reporting, and risk analysis related to active vulnerabilities and remediation progress.
  • Acted as a central coordination point between multiple stakeholders including infrastructure teams, security analysts, ITIL process owners, and remediation teams.
  • Managed escalation paths when remediation processes were blocked or delayed.
  • Identified operational and organizational issues impacting vulnerability management, including recurring vulnerabilities, version mismatches, and unused components.
  • Proposed process improvements and governance enhancements to increase efficiency and strengthen the organization's vulnerability response framework.
  • Supported compliance and alignment with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory initiatives.
