Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Rubrik Cloud Backup & Recovery Engineer to join our team in Eindhoven. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise backup solutions, particularly within Rubrik environments, and experience working in mission-critical infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Rubrik Enterprise Data Protection Suite
• Perform Rubrik CDM to RSC migrations
• Handle Rubrik cluster upgrades, deployment, and lifecycle management
• Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies, including ransomware scenarios
• Oversee capacity planning and performance optimization of Rubrik environments
• Support and maintain enterprise NAS platforms in critical environments
• Work on API integrations and automation using REST/GraphQL
• Integrate Rubrik with enterprise tools like MuleSoft, ServiceNow, and Splunk
• Ensure cyber resiliency and security best practices
• Collaborate in an Agile delivery environment

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Rubrik Backup & Recovery solutions
• Experience with:
  • Rubrik CDM & RSC migration
  • Cluster upgrades & lifecycle management
  • Ransomware recovery & disaster recovery
  • Capacity management
• Knowledge of API integrations (REST, GraphQL) and automation
• Experience managing:
  • SAP HANA
  • Kubernetes
  • Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL
  • VMware vSphere VMs
  • Active Directory Protection
• Understanding of cybersecurity and cyber resiliency frameworks

Nice to Have

• VMware administration
• Storage automation experience
• Cloud expertise, especially Microsoft Azure networking
