Responsible for securing and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure within a complex IT environment. The role focuses on network security architecture, automation, incident management, and operational support, ensuring the protection of critical systems against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

Network Security Architecture

• Designed and implemented network security strategies to protect infrastructure from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
• Configured and maintained firewalls, VPNs, proxies, and load balancers.
• Implemented Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) concepts to strengthen secure access to systems.

Network Monitoring & Incident Management

• Continuously monitored network environments to detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents.
• Conducted security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Diagnosed and resolved complex network security and performance issues.

Automation & Infrastructure Optimization

• Designed and deployed network automation solutions.
• Developed and maintained Ansible playbooks to automate operational processes.
• Implemented scripting solutions to improve operational efficiency and security operations.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Provided advanced technical support and guidance to internal network teams.
• Coached and mentored engineers within the network team.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement security improvements.
• Created and maintained security processes and documentation aligned with NIS2 compliance requirements.

Certifications (Preferred)
