Job: Project Coordinator ServiceNow (ESM) – Part-time 

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator ServiceNow for a complex enterprise environment. You will act as the key link between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring structure, alignment, and successful delivery of ServiceNow projects across ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate ServiceNow projects (ITSM, HRSD, CSM)
• Define and manage scope, planning, risks, and timelines
• Lead a small ESM team and manage external vendors
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements
• Organize workshops, testing (UAT), and go-lives
• Ensure quality and alignment with the platform vision
• Report progress to stakeholders and management
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization initiatives

Your profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project coordination or functional roles
• Minimum 10 years of experience with ServiceNow (functional/project-based)
• Experience with ITSM, HRSD and/or CSM
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Agile or hybrid methodologies
• Experience in team coordination
• Languages: Dutch or French (fluent) + good English

Nice to have

• Experience in large organizations or public sector
• Experience with ESM implementations
• Experience with HRSD or CSM projects

• Period: 04/05/2026 – 30/09/2026 (5 months)
• Commitment: Part-time (3/5)
